Our Story

Tech One IT was founded in response to the need for skilled and agile technology teams to support and guide companies through the changes and challenges of current-day business.

Tech One IT was founded by IT Professionals in 1999 in response to the dynamic IT landscape. As technology exploded into the mainstream, Tech One IT supported some of the world’s leading enterprises as they faced complex business technology and workforce challenges. Over time, we have stood out as a reliable strategic partner by implementing effective solutions. Our mission is to provide clients with better and more efficient methods of delivering technology and workforce solutions to their organizations. Our values are centered on providing outstanding service that exceeds expectations in collaboration with our client partners and team members.

Since 2010, Tech One IT has been a member of the Hallmark Group of Companies. Hallmark Group of Companies is an international conglomerate with service offerings in Technology Workforce Consulting and Staffing, IT Solutions, and Product Development across the United States.

Tech One IT serves as the Group’s Western Regional Headquarters.

Jay Talluri

Jay Talluri is the Founder and Chairman of Hallmark Group of Companies, the parent company of Tech One IT. An engineering and technology professional turned entrepreneur, Talluri now oversees the global team for five organizations offering IT services and product development solutions under the banner of Hallmark, including The Talluri Charitable Trust.

Prior to starting Hallmark, Talluri was the co-founder of Object Soft, a software company that was acquired by publicly-traded company 3i Infotech. Talluri is a supporter of preserving Indian heritage and promoting Indian-American relations.
Talluri currently serves as the President of Telugu Association of North America (TANA), the oldest and biggest Indo-American non-profit organization in North America.

Leanne Kinnard

Leanne Kinnard is President and Founder of Tech One IT in Phoenix, Arizona. She also acts as Sr. Vice President of Business Development for Hallmark Global Technologies, the parent company for Tech One. As President of Tech One, Kinnard is responsible for the company’s strategic vision, while overseeing operations management and business development for each of the three operating divisions.

Kinnard started her career as a systems analyst. Through this experience, she came to reap the benefits of being a consultant, specifically: better pay, more flexibility, and never being pigeon-holed. She entered the IT staffing industry to share her passion and experience and developed a collaborative approach to helping clients meet their growing and evolving IT needs. This is the approach that became Tech One IT. To this day, Kinnard continues to work in partnership with clients to provide technical staffing solutions which consist of total project management and turnkey solutions; to contractors for staff supplementation; and direct-hire searches.

Paul Cozza

Paul Cozza is the Vice President of Tech One’s Workforce Accelerator Program. In this role, he oversees all aspects of the program’s strategy, including business development and mentorship for the next generation technology talent.

For more than two decades, Cozza has worked in IT staffing and recruiting. Prior to Tech One, he served as the Regional Vice President for a national IT staffing and recruiting firm. During his tenure, he built and maintained key client relationships, took on responsibility for all branch managers, sales representatives, and technical recruiters in the western United States, and oversaw regional sales revenues, which increased from zero to $30 million annually.

Cozza attended the University of Illinois in Chicago, Illinois. Cozza’s professional certifications include Miller Heiman Strategic Selling and Dale Carnegie Sales Training. Cozza is actively involved in the Big Brothers Big Sisters of America and has volunteered at the Child Crisis Center in Mesa, Arizona and New Day Center in Phoenix, Arizona, aiding children and their families in times of need.
