Description
POSITION SUMMARY
The candidate will be the primary point of contact and escalation for all aspects of the Microsoft Office 365 suite of applications. Responsible for License management, Permissions, Cloud administration, deep knowledge of applications aligning to 2nd tier support for Desktop Services and 2nd tier support within Network Services.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for the Office 365 suite of applications and their utilization by the Client
Manage all licensing and permissions/security for appropriate control of applications
Administer Office 365 cloud and hybrid environment with GUI interface and PowerShell scripting
configure security policies affecting Outlook and/or other Office 365 applications
Serve as knowledge expert consultant to staff on Office 365 applications, advising on best practices of use and third-party integrations
Provide tier 3 technical support for Network services team on all things around Office 365, creating and managing issue tickets as needed via MS Premier
Collaborate on and author training documents for the Office 365 suite; assist and/or lead training events when required
Assist in the architecture of security policies encompassing all Office 365 and Azure services
Maintain awareness of O365 licensing and technologies roadmap as they relate to the Client's tenant apprising management of the impending impact
Work with business units to ensure successful implementation of O365 products encompassing Power Bi, Teams, Stream, Power Automate, Forms, and SharePoint as appropriate to business need

REQUIREMENTS
Solid knowledge of Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, AAD Connect, and Group Policy
Knowledge of Microsoft Cloud Security models
Proficient in PowerShell Scripting
Expert in Office 2016 suite. Deep experience troubleshooting client application issues with Outlook, OneDrive, Teams, Skype, Power Bi, and Stream
Working knowledge of Exchange and Exchange Online and Exchange Hybrid Deployment
Proficient in SharePoint Administration, Design, and Implementation
Strong knowledge of Authentication, Identity and Access Management (IAM), Role-based Access Control (RBAC), and Conditional Access Policies
Expert knowledge of Teams and O365 Groups architecture and components
Working knowledge of Power Automate, Data Gateways, PowerApps, and Microsoft Forms
Detailed knowledge of Auditing, Retention, Meeting, Messaging, and DLP policies as they apply to Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Skype for Business Online, Flow, and PowerApps
Working knowledge of Exchange ATP Policies, DKIM, DMARC, and SPF
Understanding of network requirements for O365 product connectivity and optimization
PREFERRED
Experience in the public sector is preferred.
Experience working on an Agile/Scrum team is preferred.
Proficient with Cloud App Security, Identity Protection, Security Center, and Audit Log search
