Start Date / End Date 28-10-2019 --- 30-06-2020
MANAGER FEEDABCK: The issue was Tableau skills. We are replacing a Sr. Tableau Developer and need someone who really knows Tableau and has significant experience with it. Moving forward I would say 2 - 3 years of solid Tableau experience and some SQL. Bottom line is that whoever sits in front of us during the interview will have to demonstrate their knowledge via a practice exercise which will:
" Demonstrate that they've considered how to approach interaction with non-technical audience and stakeholders who can't articulate what they want
" Demonstrate their ability to ask questions and communicate with stakeholders in the context of an exercise
" Demonstrate their knowledge of Tableau in the interview via creation of a dashboard
