Role: Sr. Office 365/Exchange Program Manager
Location: Boston, MA (primarily on-site customer facing role)
Duration: 3 months


We are looking for a Sr. Program Manager to oversee Track 1 for the Requirements Gathering and documentation phase of this program. This person must have experience migrating companies to O365 or to the cloud at minimum. Work will need to be done on-site with some remote as well. Client would like to screen candidates ASAP for this role.

Skills Required:
- Experience migrating a customer to O365/Exchange Online or to the Cloud
- Very Strong communication/customer facing skills
- PMP certification
- Prior financial industry experience a plus

Education and requirements gathering for an O365/Exchange Online deployment across several entities in a large financial services environment, requirements documentation and leading the client through acceptance. In parallel, another team will inspect and document the customer Exchange 2010 messaging environment including all systems such as DNS, network, security etc., document it and provide recommendations for any changes. This will be followed by design and then preparation of the O365 Tenant, configuration of an Administrative area with the tenant for the bank and overall setup for secure messaging followed by scheduling, communications and technical support for migration of 15,000 user and shared mailboxes to Exchange Online.
