Position # 1: Production Support Developer

- Looking for consultant with high level of experience & being able to look into the issues that come in to the production support Q and being able to traverse through code and the logs to be able to identify the root cause of issues.
- The candidate must be able to communicate and collaborate with multiple teams involved in supporting the CRM workflow applications.
- The candidate must have core java experience so they can run through the code to get to the root cause and also be able to fix them.
- Candidate to have scripting skills so they can write scripts and deploy in production for monitoring/fixing issues.
- The candidate should be able to support and get resolution to priority tickets during NY hours and also be able to support turnovers during weekend when required.
