This position will be required to perform root cause analysis and remediation in one or more applications or systems; develop, test, populate and maintain spatial datasets using established standards; support current spatial systems, identify and resolve problems with deployed systems; assist senior staff and other business units; engage with internal and external customers to understand functional requirements, and contribute to completion of functional specifications; and preform spatial analysis. Some web map and app creation will be required.

Duties will also include security administration; user and technical support for tickets; project related work; document workflow; and adhere to deadlines while working on multiple tasks.

Qualifications and Education Requirements
3 year experience in the following products (version 10.5.1 or greater)
- ArcGIS Desktop
- ArcGIS Server
- ArcGIS Online
- ArcGIS Portal
- ArcGIS Enterprise
- SQL Server and Enterprise Geodatabase administration
- Installation, upgrades, and patching ArcGIS Products
- Window Server OS 2008 r2, 2012, and 2016
- SQL Server 2014, 2016
- GIS Data entry, editing, and map creation
- Creation of Web Maps and Apps

Functional Responsibilities:
- Administers the departments ArcGIS Enterprise and enterprise geodatabases
- Software, and hardware installations and troubleshooting
- Deploys and configures ArcGIS products into the departments enterprise
- Assist the GIS Architect in developing proof of concepts and
- Developing and/or updating architecture documents, ETL documents, and security plans
- Develops simple scripts, and uses existing scripts in python.
- Assists in establishing best practices to be followed by Data Conversion staff.
- Maintains and loads GIS datasets in enterprise databases
- Creates Metadata for datasets when needed
- Uses ArcGIS to produce maps and automate procedures.
- Maintains, creates, and updates GIS documentation, Architecture diagrams, and security plans
- Ability to take and complete work on service desk tickets

Bachelors in Geography or GIS or Computer Science or equivalent amount of experience

Preferred Skills
3 years or more experience in the following software:
- Esri Roads and Highways LRS
- Roadway Characteristic Editor (RCE) web application
- Automation tools

3-5 years or more experience in the following software:
- ArcGIS Enterprise
- Enterprise Geodatabase
- Portal for ArcGIS
- FME Software
- Python Scripting
