Description
The Patient and Provider Access Services Operations is a critical role in the Regeneron Patient and Provider Access Services (PPAS) group, responsible for helping to manage the invoice and budgeting process across multiple patient and provider programs.

Additionally, this person will be responsible for maintaining all patient and provider correspondences to ensure they are contributing to a positive customer experience, as well as ensuring that they are approved through the Joint Review Committee (JRC) process.

This individual will develop and maintain a high-level of collaboration and integration with all cross-functional Regeneron staff, including PPAS Leads and Operations, Analytics, Finance, and the Joint Regulatory Committee. The position is based out of Sleepy Hollow, New York and requires a highly motivated individual that is able to work cross-functionally in order to accomplish objectives.

Responsibilities
" Validate invoices from multiple vendors that support our patient and provider programs to ensure appropriate billing.
" Track monthly invoices and accruals against existing Purchase Orders (POs) and provide regular updates to the PPAS business unit leads for each brand.
" Integrate with PPAS business unit leads and our Agency of Record to facilitate program material through the Joint Review Committee (JRC) process, and ensure that our existing material promote a positive customer experience.
" Partner with PSP Quality to track how individual programs are delivering on all Service Level Agreements (SLAs), as well as evaluating the service offerings of each individual program to identify enhancement opportunities.
" Develop and oversee the process for managing key PPAS documents, including contracts, standard operating procedures, business review decks, vendor proposals, etc.
" Maintain a deep understanding of the services offered by our key competitors across all programs, and assess areas of opportunity to enhance our existing support offerings.
" Understand and analyze program data to effectively communicate key information on a continuous basis to different functional areas in the commercial organization (Sr. Management, Field teams, Brand Marketing, Market Access).
" Comply with all laws, regulations and policies that govern the conduct of Regeneron activities.

Requirements
" Bachelor's degree required.
" Previous experience in working on or managing a reimbursement or patient services program is highly preferred (1 year minimum). Preferred areas of experience include budgeting, pharmaceutical analytics (1-3 years), commercial operations (2-4 years), and project management (2-4 years).
" Must possess excellent organizational, project management, and communication skills. This includes demonstrating an understanding of how to escalate issues/concerns, and effectively communicate with others, especially those in other functional areas.
" Successful candidates will have a strong patient focus and an understanding of Access Services.
" Experience in specialty products and specialty product launches. Buy and bill experience is a plus.
" Excellent oral and written communication skills to support tactic development and presentation creation.
" Prefer previous experience in managing a reimbursement or patient assistance program.
" Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and excellent ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines.
" Must be an ethical, team player and can work in a cross-functional team environment - contributing creative ideas and positive energy to the group.
" Must be willing to travel up to 15%
