Sr. Service Desk Analyst - This is a long term contract
This position will be part of a team supporting ADEQ end users. The candidate must have excellent interpersonal skills, and understand as well as deliver exceptional customer service.
The primary skillsets requires are as follows;
" A thorough understanding of active directory; authentication, permissions......
" Experience in DNS, WINS, TCP/IP including commands and utilities, as well as how and why they are used in trouble shooting
" Demonstrated and deep understanding of the Enterprise Google G-Suite
" Deep understanding of Windows 7 and Windows 10 workstations
" Deep understanding of Microsoft Office 2016
" Experience in end point imaging and encryption
" Ability to do equipment relocations and setup of new user workspaces (lift up to 30 lbs)
" Experience with service desk ticketing systems
" Experience assisting users via phone and remote connection
" Experience with VPN software
" Experience troubleshooting browser issues
This position will by M-F 8am to 5pm, no weekends.
