WIC Desktop Support Contractor Knowledge Requirements:

" Microsoft Windows 10 Operating Systems Intermediate to Advanced level
" Network and Subnet Configuration and Troubleshooting
" Active Directory Troubleshooting and Configuration in a Multi-Domain environment
" Familiarity with Help Desk Ticketing Software and Customer Service
" Microsoft SCCM Image Deployment
" Lenovo, Dell & Client Desktops
" Lenovo, Dell & Client Laptops
" MICR Printers (Source Technology Model ST-9512 & ST-9612 preferred)
" Client Printers Install, configure and troubleshoot
" Computer Peripherals setup and troubleshooting including Scanners, Signature Pads Mag Stripe Readers and Pin Pads
" Google Office products and email
" Microsoft Office products: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Visio
" Client side VPN Installation, Configuration and troubleshooting (Cisco Any Connect and Palo Alto Global Protect)
" Mist be able to lift 50 lbs.
" Statewide Travel Required
" Good communication skills
