We are looking for software web application support with some technical knowledge. Most of the resumes submitted before were related to hardware support and general IT help desk support and that is not what we're looking for.
Long Term Contract
Arizona Department of Environmental Quality (ADEQ) has embarked on a quest to radically simplify environmental permitting and compliance reporting to be more efficient and effective in protecting public health and the environment of Arizona. By doing so, ADEQ is reducing regulatory burden on businesses and bringing them back into compliance quicker.
ADEQ is leveraging technology, and the voice of the customer to design and build an e-Licensing web portal, called myDEQ, to assist Arizona's regulated businesses in meeting their environmental responsibilities. This application has resulted in reducing permitting timelines by over 95% and a 60% increase in businesses returning to compliance, which benefits both the environment and economy of Arizona.
The agency is looking for a customer service representative who will assist businesses in their use of ADEQ's software applications.
? Develop an extensive working knowledge of ADEQ software applications.
? Provide end-user application support either in person or via phone and email
? Troubleshoot issues reported by customers and provide solutions
? Facilitate problem-solving between end user and ADEQ development staff
? Develop working relationship with ADEQ business groups (program staff) to utilize product knowledge in support of customer service and training.
? Participate with ADEQ development staff in testing new releases of the product
? Coordinate new application implementations, providing effective training to maximize use of the software
? Develop training materials for implementation of software applications.
Required Experience / Skills:
The best candidate shall have at least 2 years of prior customer service experience in supporting software applications.
