The HR Contingent Workforce Solutions Consultant supports solutions delivery model which impacts contingent workers. Accountable for IT operations of Beeline Vendor Management System and responsible for supporting HR non-erp systems at Regeneron Pharmaceuticals.
" Accountable for IT operations of Beeline Vendor Management System and for service levels throughout entire service delivery chain.
" Responsible for solution architecture, systems configuration, support, and maintenance of all non-ERP Software Applications
" Supports Business Relation Manager and IT Solution Leads
" Develop strong partnerships with vendors utilized in the delivery of the solution and service provided.
" Coordinates and manages activities of cross-functional support personnel.
" Supports demand and prioritizes activities (projects and enhancements) as needed and plans for changes in demand over the life of the service.
" Ensures compliance with HR policies, security, data privacy and standards
" Ensures compliance with applicable regulations (GDPR, SOX, HIPPA, GxP, FDA, etc.).
Experience and Required Skills: Requirements:
" Knowledge of the HR Applications technology landscape including talaent acquisition, service management, HR Shared Services, Talent and performance management, Learning Management solutions.
" Strong relationship-building, strategic partnering, interpersonal, communication, and active listening skills
" Strong business accumen in Functional area
" Proficient problem solving skills
" Excellent scope management, portfolio and project management skills
" Politically savvy and strong "soft skills
" Ability to influence and manage cross-functional team in a matrix organization
" Ability to manage shifting priorities, demands, and timelines
" Good Communication Skills and strong presentation skills.
" Experience in supporting SaaS based HRIS/HRIT Solutions.
" Experience in supporting Brass Ring Talent Acquisition stsem is preffered
" Experience in supporting Sum Total Learning and Perfromance management stsem is preffered
" Experience in Vendor Management System to manage Contngent Workforce is preferable.
" Proficient in use of MS Office Suite including Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Outlook
" Proficient understanding of Program & Project Lifecycles, and Software Development Lifecycles
" Understanding of Advance SQL and technical infrastructure is preferred
" Past experience in ERP applications is desirable.
" Knowledgeable of regulations related to Life Sciences industry like GxP's, SOX, GDPR, HIPAA, etc. is essential.
" Experience in managing stakeholder expectation.
" Experience in Biotech Industry is strongly preferred.
" BS/BA Degree with 12+ years relevant experience. MS degree and 10+ years relevant experience.
