Organizational Change Management Consultant
The Arizona Department of Child Safety (DCS) is managing a program to design and implement a replacement of the current Administration for Children and Families (ACF) SACWIS compliant system (CHILDS) with a system (Client) to align with the ACF Comprehensive Child Welfare Information System (CCWIS) regulations. Client is a child-centered, user friendly technology solution focused on quality data and improved processes to support all DCS work for the safety of Arizona's children.
The Organizational Change Management Analyst will support the Client change management effort to implement new and established change initiatives. They will support and conduct research, gather data and analyze information. The analyst will become a point of contact for workplace change evaluation and recommendations. They will work with all levels of the organization to ensure the goals of the change initiative are met.
This position will play a key role in helping the Client Program change initiatives meet business and schedule objectives. Successful candidates will demonstrate experience supporting change management solutions for technology, process, and/or other transformational programs. Position requires highly detail-oriented and organized individual with excellent analytic and problem-solving abilities.
" Assist in the execution of an OCM strategy and roadmap to improve adoption of Client
" Assist in the formation and management of change champion networks
" Draft email announcements, design promotional materials, prepare/conduct briefings. May assist in training strategy and development.
" Manage development and execution of communications materials, such as fact sheets, job aids, Web content, briefings, and presentations
" Support the project team to develop stakeholder/partner outreach and engagement efforts to obtain awareness, understanding, buy-in, and support
" Support the implementation of OCM project plans and adhere to established timelines
" Develop, analyze and report on change readiness assessments.
" Share best practices, industry knowledge, and personal expertise to educate teams, in formal and ad hoc settings.
Minimum Qualifications for Submission and Consideration:
" 3+ years of work experience with organizational change management.
" 3+ years of work experience with large-scale enterprise solution implementations / conversions.
" Knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle.
Education, Experience and Training:
" Bachelor's degree
" Licenses/Certifications in Change Management and/or Project management certifications desirable
" Ability to work across organization with internal and external stakeholders and to establish and maintain strong relationships.
" Experience in Change Management tools and methods
" Excellent leadership and relationship building skills
" Must have experience influencing stakeholders in written and oral communication
" Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences.
" Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal.
