Description
The Senior SCCM Administrator is responsible for providing timely and effective 2rd line support services and for completion of assigned Desktop Projects in a networked desktop environment. This individual will provide support services to the Agency, will deal with issues that cannot be resolved by the 1st Line Support Team.

Responsibilities
Maintain agency PC/Laptop images
Prepare, install and support Windows OS systems
Troubleshooting of complex incidents
To create and update in-house documentation for the IT Service Desk
Liaise with other IT teams regarding incidents requiring multiple discipline involvement
Understand and comply with licensing requirements for software installed
Understand and adhere to all elements of Foster + Partners technical standards and security policy
Understand and adhere to all elements of Foster + Partners change management process
Maintain an understanding of Foster + Partners business direction and technical strategy; providing advice and guidance to influence this where appropriate
Thorough knowledge of and compliance with Foster + Partners procedures and standards
Knowledge of SCCM Server upgrades, setting up remote SCCM Distribution points and be able to manage service point to provide policy and download content

Able to demonstrate ability to undertake the above responsibilities
Legally able to work in the country in which the position is based
High level of technical awareness with PC's, Laptops and remote working
Excellent working knowledge and experience with Microsoft Operating Systems including Windows 7/10
Excellent working knowledge of the following within SCCM
Create\import applications and packages within SCCM
Create application task sequences
Troubleshoot application delivery issues
